The entire Meyerland Animal Clinic team including our veterinarians, our technicians, our kennel care assistants and our receptionists share a dedication to providing the highest level of medical and surgical care to our animal patients and superior service to their owners. Our appointment schedule is computerized so that we can efficiently set appointments for the appropriate amount of time for you and your pet. We realize that your time is valuable so we will always strive to get you seen as close to your scheduled time as possible. Our receptionist team will attempt to accommodate all requests to the best of their ability. We are open for scheduled appointments and drop-offs on:

Monday and Wednesday	7:15am to 8pm
Tuesday, Thursday and Friday	7:15am to 7pm
Saturday	7:30am to noon

Emergencies are accepted anytime our clinic is open. If you feel that you have an emergency situation with your pet, please call us or just come directly to the hospital immediately. If possible, it is best to call before coming in, so that a staff member can help advise you on your particular emergency.

Meyerland Animal Clinic operates an open facility. This means that our team welcomes owners to be with their hospitalized pet at any time. We feel that it allows your pet to improve faster and be more comforted. You can always call at any time for updates or more information.

Meyerland Animal Clinic accepts payments via cash, check, MasterCard, VISA, Discover or CareCredit. So that we can continue to provide you with high quality service and the best-trained employees, we do require that payments be made at the time service is rendered.
